Tanzee Silver is a Senior Engineer for Major Capital Projects the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Over the last 10 years, she has led numerous projects, including the World Trade Center Tower 1. In addition to her work with the Port Authority, she dedicates her free time to mentoring youth and developing initiatives that promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) in disadvantaged and under-represented communities. She holds leadership positions within American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), Parkway Stuyvesant Bridge Program and has previously served as the President of the NYC Professionals Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).

Tanzee holds a B.S. in Construction Management from NYU-Poly and numerous certifications including the LEED Accredited Professional, NYS Concrete Specialist and a Green Professional Certified Instructor. Although The Bronx, NY will always be her home, Tanzee currently calls Brooklyn, NY her home base for serving her community and pursuing her passion for travel.
